Who can attend daycare?
- Dogs over 4 months old who have received all puppy vaccinations.
- Dogs older than 7 months old, that are spayed or neutered,and up-to-date on vaccinations.
- Social, non-aggressive dogs, in good health.
How do I get enrolled in daycare?
- Have your owner bring you to the Center, and fill out an enrollment application, or print one from here to
fill out and bring it in. - Bring your vet records showing that you are current on your Rabies, DHLPPC and Bordatella
vaccinations. - You will need to go through a brief temperament test to make sure you are eligible for daycare.
What can I bring with me to daycare?
- If you wish to have lunch, you may bring your favorite food along, and we'll serve it up to you midday.
- Please do not bring any toys to daycare.
- Please do not bring any fleas or ticks to daycare.
What do I wear to daycare?
- A well-fitting quick release buckle collar is required.
- An identification tag with your name.
- If you are a short coated dog, or prone to chill, bring along a coat or sweater on cooler days.
What will I do at daycare?
- You will spend time playing with other dogs, of similar size and activity level.
- You will be constantly supervised by well trained human attendants.
- During fair weather, most of your day will be spent outside, with short trips inside to cool down or get
lunch. - During inclement weather, you will be in our large indoor play area, with short trips outside to take care
of business. - On hot days, you will have an opportunity to take a dip in the wading pool.
- You will go home tired and happy.
What about boarding?
- We only board current daycare clients, so if you are attending daycare regularly, you can reserve a
spot for overnight boarding at any time.
