Love Dogs?
We are currently filling Dog Handler positions.
We are seeking dog lovers who are also dedicated employees with a strong work ethic that
enjoy a fast-paced environment filled with challenge and change. Experience with dogs is a
must.
Daily activities the successful candidate will enjoy are:
Monitoring large groups of dogs (80+); knowing each dog by name; observing and properly
responding to their behavior, body language and temperament; preventing and/or breaking up
dog fights; feeding and watering dogs according to schedules; cleaning and disinfecting
kennels, crates, indoor play areas and outdoor yards; watching dogs for signs of illness;
transferring dogs between quarters; recording information according to instructions such as
behavior, appetite, unusual bowel movements, vomiting, etc.
Our dog daycare is a very fast paced, busy environment with lots of challenges and change.
This includes the unpleasantness of doggie clean-up!
The successful candidate must be available for weekends and holidays. Our regular shifts are
7am-1pm and 1pm- 7pm Monday - Saturday.
